Redditch Paving & Landscapes are looking to recruit labourers with the opportunity to learn and progress through an apprenticeship scheme.
RPL is an established name in the industry and now have the opportunity for the right person to join a busy team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in landscaping, be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Experience not necessary as long as you’re eager and willing to learn. You must be physically fit as there’s alot of heavy lifting involved.
The role could possibly suit a school leaver but ideally own transport would be an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
Common sense essential. Must be reliable.
Salary will depend on experience with weekly bonuses based on perfomance but will be in line or above national minimum wage.
