Redditch Paving & Landscapes are looking for a labourer to join our busy team with the opportunity to learn and progress their career through on site training.
RPL is an established name in the industry and now have the opportunity for the right person.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in hard landscaping and building, they must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Experience is not necessary as long as you’re eager and willing to learn. You must be physically fit and capable as there’s a lot of lifting involved.
The role could possibly suit a school leaver entering the world of work. Having you own transport would be an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
Common sense essential.
Must be presentable and professional in appearance
Must be reliable.
Daily rate will depend on age and experience with bonuses based on performance.
The position is a self employed basis and invoices will need to be submitted weekly.
