Redditch Paving & Landscapes are looking to recruit a new labourer.
The right candidate with the opportunity to learn and progress through an apprenticeship scheme.
RPL is an established name in the industry and now have the opportunity for the right person to join a busy team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in landscaping and general building but the most important quality must be loyalty.
You should be enthusiastic and willing to learn. Experience is not necessary as long as you’re loyal, eager and willing to learn. It would be an advantage if physically fit as there’s is potentially some lifting involved.
The role could possibly suit a school leaver but ideally the right person will have their own transport (This is not essential )
Common sense essential.
Must be reliable.
Salary will depend on experience with weekly bonuses based on performance but will be in line or above national minimum wage.
